Business Guidelines for Contractors and Agents.

These guidelines are established to ensure smooth collaboration, protect business interests, and maintain trust between Kaabe Travels and its contractors or agents.

1. Client Ownership

All clients introduced, handled, or served directly by Kaabe Travels remain under the sole responsibility of the business.

Contractors and agents must not attempt to take over communication, service, or management of clients assigned or handled by Kaabe Travels.

If a client reaches out directly to an agent or contractor with questions or requests, they must be referred back to Kaabe Travels without exception.

2. No Direct Dealings

Agents and contractors must not make separate offers, agreements, or promises to clients introduced by Kaabe Travels.

Any attempt to bypass Kaabe Travels or offer services privately to existing clients is considered a conflict of interest and may result in immediate termination of collaboration.

3. Confidentiality

All client information, contact details, and transaction discussions must be kept strictly confidential and used only for work assigned by Kaabe Travels.

Contractors are not allowed to save or reuse client data for personal or external business purposes.

4. Professional Conduct

Contractors and agents are expected to act professionally and ethically in all interactions involving Kaabe Travels’ clients and services.

Misrepresentation, false promises, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Communication Protocol

All final communication with clients (including confirmations, documents, payments, and service updates) must go through Kaabe Travels.

Contractors are welcome to support behind the scenes, but client-facing communication must be approved or handled directly by Kaabe Travels.

6. Service Transparency & Integrity

  • Kaabe Travels does not make fake promises, does not lie, and does not charge hidden fees.
  • We believe in providing honest, transparent service and our main goal is to genuinely help the traveler.
  • Our good reputation is built on client trust, and this is reflected in feedback and testimonials, including those available publicly on Google Reviews.
  • For visit visa services, we take a deposit that is solely required to initiate and process the application.
  • Unfortunately, as per our agent policy, this deposit is non-refundable. However, we will apply for another visa from a country of your choice, in line with our Terms and Policy page.
