Our Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kaabe Travels (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you” or “the client”) for all visa-related services, including but not limited to Work Visas, Visit Visas, Admissions, and Flight Ticket Bookings. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
General Service Agreement.
Kaabe Travels acts as a facilitator for visa applications, university admissions, and ticket bookings. We do not issue visas or guarantee the approval of visit visa applications.
All services provided are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, and institutions involved.
Work Visa Services
- A deposit payment is required to initiate the work visa application process.
- Work visas are guaranteed, subject to the client meeting all eligibility criteria and document requirements.
- If the client does not receive the visa or employment contract, the full deposit amount is refundable.
- Any refund will be processed within 15 working days of a written refund request and supporting documents.
Visit Visa Services
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the visit visa process.
- Visit visa approval is not guaranteed, as it depends solely on the decision of the issuing embassy or immigration authority.
- If the client is rejected by one country, we will continue the application with another country at no extra deposit cost.
- Multiple reapplication attempts are included as long as the client cooperates fully and provides accurate documents.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful documentation.
- Any delays or rejections caused by false or incomplete documents are not the responsibility of Kaabe Travels.
- Clients must cooperate promptly throughout the process, including attending embassy appointments, medical tests, or interviews when required.

Service Termination.
We reserve the right to terminate service in the event of:
- Client misconduct or abuse towards staff
- Fraudulent document submission
- Repeated failure to cooperate
Changes to Terms
Kaabe Travels may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
